your right that is cool, have you heard of intellichat?
i saw your blog and was going to go for it but found intellichat a bit more helpfull they give you a dedicated agent to taylor the program to your website for free! its allot easier for me seeing as i have a small company i cant afford a big one off payment, they do it on a pay per sale so if i make no sales i dont pay them but if i make a sale they take a small percentage!

i have checked ntellichat also actually before getting VSA..
I run a couple of websites (actually 50 different active websites) and i am a hands on person, so i would love to keep track of my website performance.
With, intellichat, i think we need to work on their server, which can be detrimental as they will have many of your business data.
Plus i rather pay a one time fee rather and set it up myself, rather than pay a huge commision cut for every sale they made
Sure, you might not mind paying for one or two commisions, but for every sale done thru it? Wouldnt you rather keep all the money for yourself and safe the hassle?

thats a good point, although i did have the same issue with both other companies i just assumed that its the same with them all!
intellichat dont have access to any of my personal data, the only information they have are how many people have exited or continued and purchased.
your like me, im very hands on aswell and like to know whats going on with my company, i dont like things being kept from me! but with intellichat i have total access to my account with them, i did think that i would be able to run the program better myself but listening to the guys there they implimented a few changes and it worked out better!
now instead of paying say 2-3-$400 for a one of program which personally i could mess up….i pay $3 for every ‘SAVED’ sale but they make me £59!! its win win
Yes, for me someone who has a record of number of people who visits my site, my conversion level, and my traffic details is quite private. The data, if falls in the hand of the wrong people, can be quite detrimental to your web projects. After all, if i know your traffic stats, conversion level, etc, how long will it take for your competitor to make good use of it.
As such, i try my level best to keep the data private.
As far as i know, VSA is just a matter of adding 2 lines of codes in your webpage html. Other than that, the setting up process is quite easy, and it comes in nice colorful boxes as well
Besides that, once you set the whole thing up, you can copy paste the whole project in a matter of minutes to your new website, and you can do this to unlimited accounts
I rather save the $3 and keep it, if i can
